Data Clinic’s SSD and Tablet Data Recovery Process

2. Collection

We will arrange to have your device collected for free from any UK address.

Or you can all in at one of our UK locations and drop the device off with us
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

3. Diagnosis

An in-depth analysis of the problem with the device begins.

The fault is understood and a recovery plan constructed along with an exact recovery cost.

4. Recovery

Once the recovery cost is approved, data recovery begins immediately.

We will recover your data to another hard drive or similar media of your choice.

5. Return

Once the recovery work is completed and paid for your data is returned to you by courier along with your original equipment.

We will keep a copy of your data for 10 days.

Notes

  • The free collection service is from anywhere on the UK mainland and collections operate Monday – Friday between 9am and 4pm
  • There is a £95 + VAT non refundable diagnosis charge payable on SSDs and tablets. This amount is payable before the diagnosis begins.
  • We will need to dismantle your SSD or tablet to diagnose / recover the data
  • Your SSD or tablet will be returned to you in a non working state
  • Your data will be recovered to a new hard drive
